I got the circle hook version, ideal for snook and tarpon. Even though it's a saltwater fly, I made freshwater copies on size 2 J hooks for butterfly peacock (they are not bass) in Southeast Florida. Very successful.

Blind Clouser's
Blind Clouser's
The Blind Clouser tied in the same color combinations as his famous Clouser Minnow only without the lead eyes, it is effective on many species of fresh and saltwater fish. You can use this pattern on many light weight line fly rods because it has no weight added. Its a great fly to use when fish are breaking up minnows on or near the surface. The fly is available in two hook styles, Standard and Circle Hooks. For length sample the size 4 standard hook is between 2 and 2 and a half inches.
